Mother's Day Meal
Wellington Dinner Individual Beyond beef Wellingtons. Golden brown, crispy pastries stuffed with a savoury mushroom duxelle and a seasoned Beyond meat vegetable filling. With a side of our house made mushroom gravy for a umami drizzle. Served with an herbed roasted root veggie medley and buttered green beans with toasted almonds. Finally for dessert their own slice of heaven the Oreo Cheezecake.
Meals are served cold with reheating instructions. We are taking pre orders until Saturday, May 10th or until sold out.

One last party before we go. We maybe moving but this is certainly not the last of us. So let’s celebrate with all of our good neighbours one last time 😉 It’s been slice West Broadway, thank you for supporting us. Now let’s party one last time with our favorite queens and dance the night away with tunes from The Kaptain and eat some tasty vegan treats! We really hope to see everyone there so we can feed you, your favorite vegan comfort food eats!

National Day for Truth and Reconciliation

National Day for Truth and Reconciliation we honor the lost children and survivors of residential schools, their families and communities. We acknowledge that we are on Treaty No. 1 land. and will be pausing to take time to listen, learn and reflect.
We will be open with limited hours 11am to 3pm Saturday, September 30th, 2023
In recognition of National Day for Truth and Reconciliation a portion of our sales will be going to Indigenous organizations in Manitoba.

Introducing Roughage Eatery, where everything’s fresher than fresh...we're talking ingredients, not how we act behind the scenes (although we have been known to be equally sweet and spicy… and occasionally potty mouths).
We love preparing good food – what we call “vegan comfort food” - and sharing what we make. Food that doesn't look or taste...well, boring. Think a rainbow of colours, inspired by cuisines around the globe. Flavours both simple and delightfully complex, dancing a tantalizing taste bud tango. Hey, life is short, so you might as well fill your eyes and stomach with something you’ll enjoy.
We're creating new twists on vegan dishes… like Lasagna Rolls,
Vegan Mac & Cheeze, Nachos, just to name a few… even the humble vegan Deli sandwiches gets a makeover!
In short, just damn good food. From a damn good cook (the other's just short and cranky, but lovable nonetheless).
